Zagreb County is featured on the Michelin map, with Korak and Mon Ami recognised as top restaurants once again

The Michelin award ceremony, held last evening at the esteemed Fortress of St. John in Šibenik, created an atmosphere that exemplified the highest standards of gastronomic excellence. This event served to establish Zagreb County’s prominent position further within the realm of top-tier European culinary achievements.

Restaurant Korak, located in Jastrebarsko, has successfully reaffirmed its Michelin star status while also retaining the esteemed Michelin Green Star designation. This accolade honours establishments that are committed to sustainability and ecological practices in gastronomy. Additionally, Vera Korak has received a distinguished award for her outstanding quality of service, which underscores the restaurant's tradition of excellence and the warmth inherent in its family hospitality.

A representative of Zagreb County, the restaurant Mon Ami located in Velika Gorica, has successfully retained its Michelin recommendation. This achievement underscores the establishment's commitment to maintaining consistent quality and highlights the significant contribution of continental gastronomy to the national culinary landscape.

Ivana Alilović, the Director of the Zagreb County Tourist Board, remarked:
