In commemoration of the International Recognition Day of the Republic of Croatia, we are pleased to announce the involvement of tourist boards from Zagreb County in the "Get to know Your Country" project. This initiative will feature a series of activities across Velika Gorica, Jastrebarsko, Vrbovec, Ivanić-Grad, and Samobor, where residents will be organised complimentary guided tours.

"We consistently support initiatives that connect various destinations and highlight Croatia as a distinct, recognisable, and beautiful locale. I want to thank Kristina Nuić Prka for her dedication and vision sincerely. Projects of this nature emphasise the unity and wealth of our cultural heritage, strengthening our national identity and promoting Croatia on a global scale. These efforts are particularly noteworthy, as highlighted by the Tourist Board of Zagreb County.

The project, which has evolved into a valued tradition, underscores the significance of national identity and cultural heritage and the essential role of tourism professionals in promoting Croatia. We extend our gratitude to all tourist associations that contribute to the realisation of this crucial event and invite citizens to explore the richness of our history and culture.
