The Zagreb County Tourist Board is pleased to announce the fifth edition of the esteemed photographic competition, Photo Zagreb County, under the theme "Beauty in Focus."
We extend an invitation to all creative individuals, both amateurs and professionals, to showcase their interpretation of the true beauty of Zagreb County through their photographic works. Whether capturing active engagement with nature, events, cultural and historical landmarks, traditional themes, rural motifs, wines or gastronomic experiences, it is essential that your photography communicates an authentic experience and evokes genuine emotion.
This year, we invite you to explore the beauty of Zagreb County in greater depth. By sharing your insights and narratives, we are collaboratively constructing a mosaic that reflects the diversity and uniqueness of our region. Our collective contributions aim to inspire others to engage with Zagreb County in their own distinct manner.
The competition is scheduled to take place from June 17 to July 17, 2025. It is open to all citizens of the Republic of Croatia who are 18 years of age or older. Each participant is permitted to submit a maximum of five photographs taken within the Zagreb County area during the period from 2021 to 2025.
The selection of the finest photographs will be conducted by a panel of experts, as well as through audience engagement on social media platforms. Those deemed winners will receive prestigious rewards, which include weekend accommodations at hotels and resorts located in Zagreb County, dining experiences at establishments offering local culinary specialities, wine-tasting events, and promotional packages designed to enhance the visibility and recognition of the authors and their artistic contributions.
