The celebrations for the Day of the Municipality of Križ begin on Friday, 26 August 2022 and run until 10 September 2022, culminating in the official Municipal Council session on 14 September.
The main celebration day is Saturday, 27 August 2022, when the town centre will host activities for all ages.
The programme begins with a family cycling tour, followed by the 10th Crafts and Handicrafts Fair, which will take place in the park in the centre of Križ.
The music programme will be held at three locations. In the central park in Križ, visitors can enjoy a performance by KUD Graničar, in cooperation with the Križ Municipality Pensioners’ Association, starting at 4:00 p.m. From 6:00 p.m., the Šegrti Tamburica Ensemble will perform, accompanied by a wine tasting organised by the “Škaf” Križ Association of Vine Growers and Winemakers.
From 7:00 p.m., a Cocktail & DJ Party will take place on the sales area in the park in Križ. From 10:00 p.m., a live concert by the band Opća Opasnost will be held on the meadow in the centre of Križ, under a marquee.
