Today, we had the privilege of hosting Mr. George Kipouros, the editor-in-chief of the esteemed British magazine Wanderlust. We guided him on an exploration of Zagreb County, highlighting the unique charm of Samobor and the renowned wine-growing region of Plešivica.
During our visit to Samobor, we experienced the warmth of local narratives, participated in a fragrant workshop focused on the preparation of the renowned Samobor cream cake at the esteemed Kavana Livadić, and engaged with the rich traditions at Medičarnica Arko, where personalised gingerbread hearts were crafted.
Plešivica evoked profound emotions during our visit. At the Tomac winery, we were privileged to experience a remarkable event—an exclusive opening of this exceptional family-owned winery tailored specifically for our guests. The day's conclusion was distinguished by a visit to the Korak winery, where we were welcomed by flavors that exemplify Michelin-level quality and an overarching philosophy of sustainability that is evident in every aspect of the culinary experience.
