An educational event is set to take place on March 29, 2023, from 1 pm to 9 pm at Hotel Antunović in Zagreb. The event is geared towards restaurateurs, hoteliers, caterers, and those in the HoReCa sector. This includes individuals in the tourism and business industries closely associated with catering and tourism.

Participants can join enogastronomic workshops and presentations hosted by renowned professionals from Croatia and worldwide. These events will cover various topics, including lecturing, sommeliers, restaurant management, bartending, culinary arts, and coffee preparation. There will also be opportunities to explore the exhibits of different high-quality vendors and participate in networking activities to establish potential business partnerships. During breaks between lectures and seminars, attendees can indulge in product tastings and informative discussions.

This year, the tourism project received support from various organisations, including the City of Zagreb, Zagreb County, the Tourist Board of Zagreb County, the Croatian Tourist Board, the Ministry of Tourism, and the Ministry of Agriculture.
